Bible Training Center for Pastors (BTCP) is a ministry training program designed to equip pastors and church leaders with solid, practical, Bible-based instruction for effective local church ministry. Its purpose is simple and strategic: to extend foundational theological training to untrained pastors and leaders worldwide through a consistent, reproducible model.
At Family of God, this training is offered to make this curriculum available to local churches and leaders.
The BTCP curriculum is distinctly Bible-centered and is designed especially for men and women who may not have had the opportunity to attend Bible college or seminary.
The program includes 10 comprehensive course manuals along with an approved Study Bible, providing a foundational level of theological education in a format that is practical, accessible, and ministry-focused. Each course builds on the others, creating an integrated training program that also becomes an ongoing resource library for pastors and church leaders in their future ministry.
BTCP is transdenominational in approach and is intended to strengthen pastors and church leaders in both biblical knowledge and practical ministry skills. Above all, the goal of the training is not simply information, but transformation—helping leaders grow to be more like Jesus Christ in character, conduct, and conversation.
